We may offer an exchange or credit note in limited circumstances at our discretion if the item is unused, unopened, and returned within 7 days with proof of purchase.
3. Hire Equipment
Hire fees are non-refundable once the hire period begins, unless:

You cancel before dispatch or collection
Items must be returned clean and in good condition. Charges apply for damage, late return, or replacement.
