Adaptive Mobility is a mobility aid and assistive technology provider located at:

We offer hire, sales, servicing, and support for a range of mobility equipment and accessories.

2. Products & Services

We provide:

  • Mobility aids for hire or purchase

  • Servicing, repairs, and product support

  • Advice and quotes for NDIS, DVA, My Aged Care and other funding bodies

All products are subject to availability. Prices are in AUD and include GST unless otherwise stated.

3. Hire Terms

By hiring from Adaptive Mobility, you agree to:

  • Return equipment in good condition (except for fair wear and tear)

  • Pay for any damage, loss, or late return

  • Ensure items are used safely and appropriately

Hire periods, rates, and terms will be confirmed at the time of booking. Bond or upfront payment may be required.

4. Purchase Terms

All sales are subject to:

  • Payment in full unless otherwise arranged

  • Manufacturer warranty terms

  • Goods being fit for purpose as described, not for unintended use

  • Returns only where legally required or under warranty

Please check product suitability before purchase. Custom orders or opened hygiene products (e.g., cushions, bathroom aids) may not be refundable.

5. Service & Repairs

We offer in-store and mobile servicing. You agree to:

  • Provide honest info about equipment faults

  • Allow our team safe access to equipment

  • Pay for any out-of-warranty repairs

We are not liable for equipment issues caused by misuse or third-party modifications.

6. Website & Digital Use

By using our website, you agree not to:

  • Copy or republish our content

  • Attempt to breach security or misuse our systems

  • Use our name or logo without permission

We do our best to ensure the accuracy of website content but do not guarantee it is always up-to-date or free from errors.

7. Privacy

We collect and use your data according to our Privacy Policy, including personal, service, and payment information. Your privacy is important to us.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adaptive Mobility is not liable for:

  • Any injury, damage, or loss resulting from misuse of equipment

  • Delays caused by third parties (e.g., freight or suppliers)

  • Indirect or consequential damages

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not excluded.
